We offer portal access, manual installation, or managed installation, monthly reports of activities, and your choice between vendors on which EDR best fits your specific requirements.

Depending on your service level, BaaS, DRaaS, Zero Trust, we can manage backups entirely for you, from setting backup jobs, monthly failover testing, datacenter readiness, individual file recoveries, or we can just give you an agent to install and make it all self-service. Currently we offer clients two options for backups depending on what features you are seeking. 

Services are priced per unit or license / month for; EDR, Patch Management RMM, backups, cloud compute resources including storage. Warranties are priced on a policy type and coverage amount in the form of a premium.

We offer a choice selection for vendors and are constantly evaluating vendors to add to the repertoire. Backups can be between Veeam and Cove, EDR can be Sentinel One, Bitdefender, or CrowdStrike.

Emergencies are always a chaotic and stressful period. To mitigate headache and stress we advise each customer when onboarded to follow through with a DR Plan. This will give companies a general playbook to follow during an emergency, as well as dividing up responsibilities during an emergency.

Our IT services combine both best in breed solutions and tested yet novel solutions with an understanding that “one size does NOT fit all” and each business is unique in how it needs to protect itself.  We pride ourselves in offering a variety of solutions to tailor the perfect solution to you.  

Hardware and software updates are handled via our RMM toolset powered by N-Able N-Sight. Our physical hardware at the datacenter level is powered and kept up to date by our tier III and tier IV infrastructure partners.

Yes, as your trusted IT partner each client is provided with access to their portal to view RMM, Sentinel One, or cloud backups as desired.  Warranties are handled via DLT Alert’s (www.dltalert.com) platform to which you will also have access.  

Cyber warranties were created to answer this exact question.  Insurance companies take an average of 4 months to make claims payouts. The warranty is to provide a stop gap to help fill the space between and get our clients the money the need to recover from an attack within hours.  The result is faster recoveries and more stable business operations.

  • Standard non-emergency support desk time 9 am – 5 pm Central we honor ticket response within 1 hour. 
  • Average response time is 7 minutes.
  • Emergency response times are 24/7/365.  
  • Average emergency response is 4 minutes.

Yes, both our backup offerings can be configured with local backups. 

It will depend on the service level, but both solutions have a self-restore portal that can be utilized, alternatively we can process file recoveries if a device name and a file path is give. 

Yes, we encourage all new clients to complete a Backup Disaster Recovery plan to help us understand what needs to happen first for your company.

No, neither solution requires a reboot. 

Yes, we can help deploy and maintain a Veeam server onsite 

Veeam has a built-in warranty, but it has a very high level of entry and is largely reserved for the big enterprise customers.

We offer a level of service that includes a ready to go failover environment, alternatively with Veeam we can failover directly to certain cloud providers. Cove can also failover to select cloud providers.

We currently offer Sentinel One as a primary service, though we are constantly evaluating other options for our customers.

It depends on your service level but yes, we can manage the EDR solution for you and keep you notified of threats as they emerge.

No, most modern EDR products have a built in Antivirus for the system, including Sentinel One. 

You can create exclusions for certain programs to allow them to run unchecked, or with “low threat priority,” alternatively you can let us know what program, or the file path and we can create an exclusion for you.

We do a per endpoint model. With discounts taking effect for higher volume, so the more you protect the cheaper it gets.

Sentinel One routinely performs near 100% at efficiency rate, putting it above its competitors consistently. 

Technically yes, with an exclusion list, however known malicious threats will still be stopped. This is part of the AI powered system that stops known threats from executing.

With RMM we monitor your environment and watch for abnormalities. Things like overly high CPU usage, full disk drives, and patch status.

We currently partner with N-Able to provide N-Sight to clients. 

Primarily patch management and deployment can be automated, though N-Sight can do much more.

It is done on a per endpoint model. So, each device being monitored counts.

Yes, Sentinel One can work on all current versions of windows. 

Beyond monitoring and managing, it can handle patch installation and add a 3rd party antivirus and notify you of issues before they impact systems.

Depends on the contract level but for all major events we will notify you regardless of service level.

It can help a company of any size manage all its assets from one pane of glass instead of many different places to login.

You never need to worry about infrastructure again, and all backups sent to it will be ready to go. Provided we have all information needed ahead of time. 

Any public Ips you currently have, and Veeam replicas sent to the ESXi environment.

No, we can handle nearly all aspects of configurations and deployment of the virtual environment. All you really need to do is know external IP that may need to be redirected.

Each customer is siloed apart from all others and is only available to themselves there is no cross pollination of data for security.

Of course we always recommend backing up, with our environment we can mirror your environment to another data center to maintain that level of disaster readiness.

The warranty is provided via a partnership with DLT Alert

Simply by signing up for a qualifying product, EDR or backup, you can get a DLT policy.

Once you have your EDR in place, Asgard can manage the entire onboarding for you. All you need to do is answer a few questions on the DLT site and you are good to go!

DLT alert is the first of its kind warranty provider to help smaller companies gain financial security during attacks.

More coverage is always good, and our warranty will function as a “first in line” in the event of something happening.

Our lower limits are designed around getting you a payout quickly. This way you can get a small deposit from us to help immediately begin functioning while you wait for the insurance company to do its processes.

While we have partners ships to gain higher reach with the product we are not fully integrated with any provider at the moment (June 2024).
